We are an established, service-oriented notary's office in Burscheid - in the immediate vicinity of Leverkusen and Cologne.
With currently 20 employees, we work at the highest level in all notarial matters. We are looking for you to strengthen our team!

Your profile

You have successfully completed training as a notary's assistant (f/m/d)

Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in a comparable environment
You are well versed in the use of common MS Office applications, ideally you are familiar with the notary software TriNotar
You convince personally through high commitment, team spirit and reliability
You enjoy working independently, are motivated and open-minded
You work in a structured, careful and thorough manner
You have a friendly and confident manner when dealing with clients, authorities and colleagues

Your tasks
Independent preparation of deeds for all notarial procedures
Careful creation, management and resubmission of files
Preparation of cost invoices in accordance with the GNotKG
Production of correspondence
