Working Student (all genders) Human Resources

Your mission

As a Working Student (all genders) Human Resources, you will support us in our day-to-day business and project work.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Preparation of employment references
• Preparation and follow-up of employment contracts and contract amendments (e.g. company car leasing contracts, changes to working hours, fixed-term contracts, contract extensions, etc.)
• Creating and maintaining digital personnel files as well as attendances and absences with Personio
• Maintenance of archiving (digital and analog)

Your profile

• You are studying business administration (or other business sciences), ideally with a focus on human resources
• You are an open person and can handle confidential topics professionally
• You are IT-savvy (we work with Personio and Office 365) and can communicate very well in German and English
• You are reliable and can work for us approx. two days a week (flexible schedule)
