Key Responsibilities:
● Research new and exciting venues across Europe to host Vinokilo events.
● Maintain proactive communication with venues to negotiate agreements,
contracts pricing that align with our event requirements.
● Collaborate closely with the Vinokilo team to conceptualise and execute flawless
events tailored to our brand for the upcoming season.
● Collaborate with Marketing and Logistics teams to ensure cohesive event
promotion, seamless setup and execution tailored to each unique event.
● Oversee Compliance and Safety Requirements by coordinating with Vanues.
● Develop innovative concepts that align with Vinokilo’s sustainable and stylish
brand ethos, bringing fresh and memorable experiences to each event.

Requirements

● Proven experience in event planning and venue management, preferably in a
European context.
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills to secure beneficial agreements
with venues.
● Strong organisational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
● Creative mindset to contribute innovative ideas for event concepts and execution.
● Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team
dynamic.
● Proficiency in English ; German and additional language skills are a plus.
