UT Inhouse Service & Calibration Lab Leader (d/f/m)

As UT Inhouse Service & Calibration Lab Leader you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Grow the teams to one organization with a strong customer (internal & external) focus.
• Drive improvement to maximize efficiency for meeting customer expectations in terms of costs, cycle time and quality.
• Be the leader and coach for the team to become a solid pillar for UT and Huerth.
• Own and drive KPIs (e.g. NPS, TAT, OTD, utilization, net costs) for the department.
• Deliver calibrated devices and services on time, on cost and on quality.
• Fully focusing on our customer needs. Support sales to win back customers for UTSP service.
• Support engineering with on-demand repairs and one-off builds of new PCBs.
• Support development of new UTSP service concepts.
• Support service regions with technical expertise as needed.
• Gather the VoC and be a customer advocate for UTSP products.
• Be an advocate for our core values. Promote a high HSE standard.

To be successful you need to bring the following skill set:

• Successfully completed a technical qualification (e.g. Engineering degree).
• Proven leadership experience as a servant leader.
• Proven track of change management and process improvement.
• Strong customer focus and willingness to drive improvements to our customer base.
• Strong team spirit, high reliability, and sense of responsibility.
• Strong business acumen and understanding how to derive actions from KPIs.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Fluent in German and English.
