For the successful launch of our innovative software platform StudyGen 360, we are looking for an experienced
Your Impact
As Technical Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our software development projects, expertly bridging technical innovation, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. Working closely with our R&D team, you'll lead the evolution of StudyGen's capabilities while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development Leadership:

  • Lead technical development of StudyGen platform in complex enterprise projects
  • Coordinate with R&D to define and implement new features and architectural improvements
  • Manage full software development lifecycle in a regulated environment
  • Guide technical decision-making processes and architecture evolution
  • Ensure compliance with GxP regulations and industry standards

Project Management Excellence:

  • Drive enterprise-level implementation projects for pharmaceutical clients
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate between development teams, product management, and stakeholders

Requirements

Technical Expertise:

  • Comprehensive understanding of modern software architecture and cloud technologies
  • Strong development background in C#, JavaScript (React), and Razor
  • Solid grasp of software testing methodologies and quality assurance
  • Knowledge of agile development practices and tools
  • Experience with regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical software development

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in technical project management of software development
  • Experience with formal project management methodologies
  • Experience leading development teams in enterprise software projects
  • Understanding of GxP compliance and validation requirements

Personal Skills:

  • Exceptional communication abilities with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent English skills, both written and verbal (German is a plus)
