Das erwartet Dich bei uns

• Schnittstelle zwischen Device-Management und Kunden: Du bist die Verbindung zwischen unserem DeepUp Device-Management und unseren Kunden sowie deren Partnern.
• Logistik- und Kommunikationsprozesse: Du sorgst dafür, dass die Logistik und Kommunikation rund um unsere Geräte reibungslos läuft, damit unsere Kunden eine erstklassige Erfahrung mit ihren Scan Devices haben.
• Retourenmanagement und Dokumentation: Du kümmerst Dich um das Retourenmanagement, sorgst für eine lückenlose Dokumentation und stellst die Funktionalität unserer Scan Devices sicher.
• Datenüberblick und Prozessoptimierung: Du behältst den Überblick über die Daten im Scan Device Management und erstellst Reportings, die uns helfen, unsere Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Das bist Du

• Du bist immatrikulierte*r Student*in eines Bachelor-Studienganges, idealerweise in Betriebswirtschaft, Logistik- und Supply-Chain-Management, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder vergleichbares
• Kommunikation ist Deine Stärke und Du hast Spaß daran, mit Kunden zu interagieren
• Du strebst stets nach hoher Qualität und siehst Dich als wahres Organisationstalent
• Deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise hilft Dir dabei, immer den Überblick zu behalten
• Du arbeitest gerne im Team, scheust Dich nicht davor, proaktiv um Unterstützung zu bitten, und bringst Dich aktiv ein

Your mission

• Interface between device management and customers: You are the link between our DeepUp device management and our customers and their partners.
• Logistics and communication processes: You ensure that the logistics and communication around our devices run smoothly so that our customers have a first-class experience with their scan devices.
• Returns management and documentation: You take care of returns management, ensure complete documentation and guarantee the functionality of our scan devices.
• Data overview and process optimization: You keep track of the data in Scan Device Management and create reports that help us to continuously improve our processes.

Your profile

• You are enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, ideally in business administration, logistics and supply chain management, industrial engineering, communication sciences or similar
• Communication is your strength and you enjoy interacting with customers
• You always strive for high quality and see yourself as a true organizational talent
• Your structured way of working helps you to always stay on top of things
• You enjoy working in a team, are not afraid to proactively ask for support and actively get involved
