Key Responsibilities

• Project Development: Lead the development of solar projects from site identification and feasibility studies to project financing and implementation.
• Site Assessment: Conduct thorough site evaluations, including environmental impact assessments, grid connection feasibility, and local zoning regulations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, landowners, and community stakeholders to facilitate project approvals and secure necessary permits.
• Financial Modeling: Develop financial models and business cases for projects, working closely with finance teams to ensure projects are viable and profitable.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure successful project execution and alignment with company goals.
• Market Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to inform project strategies and enhance competitiveness.

Your Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in solar project development or renewable energy project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of solar energy technologies, project financing, and regulatory frameworks in Germany.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling and project evaluation, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Languages: Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel to project sites as needed.
