Your tasks:
- Collaborate with a multifunctional team to design and implement robust software solutions.
- Participate actively in the planning, estimation, and implementation of development features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in a Ruby on Rails ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain GraphQL interfaces or show a willingness to master this skill.
- Identify and troubleshoot system deficiencies, optimizing performance and scalability.
- Uphold superior code integrity through regular maintenance, improvements, and automation techniques.
- Engage in an international, cross-functional environment with communication primarily in English (proficiency in German is not a prerequisite).
Your skills
- Established experience coding in Ruby on Rails.
- Ability to produce concise and effective code within a Ruby on Rails framework.
- Familiarity with or openness to learning GraphQL.
- Knowledge or experience with cloud-based application deployment is a significant advantage.
- Keen interest in exploring new languages and frameworks.
- A commitment to transparency, honesty, and mutual team growth.
- A proponent of agile methodologies with a penchant for teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
