A creative digital agency that has been shaping the digital landscape since 1995. And we do so with courage, expertise, innovative technologies and creative thinking. We are around 300 employees in many different locations. Our services include Transformation Strategy, Tech & Infrastructure, Social & Online Marketing and Concept & Design. As TWT Engage, we ensure that companies, brands and products become visible: As an interdisciplinary team of experts in campaigning, paid and social media, we rock the online marketing world and create measurable and sustainable success for our clients. We help them achieve their digital marketing goals.
To do this, we are looking for talented and passionate people and in this case a Senior Social Media Manager (all genders). Maybe YOU feel addressed right now?
Your mission
- Strategic planning, conception and implementation of comprehensive (paid & organic) social media strategies for our customers
- Responsibility for account management and management of strong, partnership-based relationships with our customers
- Ensuring tailored content, creating editorial plans and quality management
- Planning, implementing and analyzing social media campaigns on various platforms and managing relationships with influencers
- Creating regular reports for internal and external stakeholders as well as regular market and trend analysis
- Technical contact person for colleagues in our social media team and mentoring of junior colleagues
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in social media management, ideally in an agency, and in managing various accounts
- Very good knowledge of common social media tools and platforms as well as a good understanding of business management
- Strong creative skills and a flair for visual and textual trends and experience in conceptual content creation
- Experience in analyzing social media key figures and deriving strategic measures
- Ideally initial experience in mentoring new/junior colleagues
- Very good German and English language skills as well as strong communication and empathy skills
