Senior Sales Manager (all genders)

  • Expansion and establishment of the offline sales channels for Eurowings Holidays
  • Responsibility for the management and development of large sales partners
  • Execution of contract negotiations and performance management to achieve revenue growth
  • Analysis of market trends and competitor activities to adjust the sales strategy and identify new business opportunities
  • Development and implementation of strategic sales plans aligned with the company’s objectives
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients to ensure sustainable partnerships, including troubleshooting in sales channels
  • Monitoring sales budgets and forecasts to achieve financial targets
  • Representing Eurowings Holidays at industry trade fairs and events

Ihr Profil

  • At least 5-8 years of experience in sales within the travel or tourism industry
  • Extensive experience in analyzing market and sales data for decision-making and deriving strategic actions for the further development of offline sales channels
  • Completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management at all levels of the organization (up to executive management)
  • Highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to independently prioritize and structure the work environment
  • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written, with strong negotiation skills
