Experience
- 8-10 years work experience in (IT) project management or consulting.
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or in a similar role, with a focus on the introduction of large-scale IT/ERP systems within an organization (ideally Infor).
- min. 5 years work experience in leading implementations of Infor or similar ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor) as a senior project manager or consultant. Experience in manufacturing, sales, or supply chain management systems is also possible.
- Proven experience in managing implementation or deployment of complex IT templates within an organization.
- Experience in facilitating teams working in multiple locations and in parallel project phases.
- Experience in managing a project team or a sub-project team.
- Leadership of internal and external teams without direct reporting lines.
- FMCG and/or Infor experience is a plus.

Education
- University degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or similar qualification (e. g. corresponding military education)
Qualifications (certificates)
- Project Management certifications (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2) would be a plus
- Lean/Six Sigma skills desirable
Willing to travel - expected level of travel of this position is approx. 4 days / week.
