Senior Manager (f/m/d) Strategy, Business Development & Transformation

Your Role
- You support the development and implementation of the strategic agenda of the Huf Group
- You support the annual strategy process and the prioritization of strategic issues - both area-specific and overarching in cooperation with internal stakeholders
- You initiate and carry out strategic analyzes (e.g. market and competition analyzes as well as relevant innovations and trends in the automotive industry), from which you derive recommendations for action
- You develop relevant measures and are responsible for the conceptual development of strategies and implementation roadmaps
- You control and monitor the portfolio of strategic corporate initiatives and take responsibility for the implementation of key initiatives
Your Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or in a technical field of economics or engineering
- You have relevant professional experience in the field of strategy and corporate development, e.g. in a top management consultancy or a comparable position
- You act as an independent, entrepreneurial thinker, proactive problem solver with a practice-oriented approach and feel comfortable in a rapidly changing environment
- You have experience in the management and implementation of strategy projects at various levels and relevant methodological skills in strategy development
- You have knowledge in the field of market and competition analyses, ideally from the automotive industry or technology companies
- You have the ability to easily switch between abstract strategic discussions and operational details
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent German and English skills complete your profile
