Areas of Responsibility

• Planning and handling of packing activities on daily/weekly/monthly basis as per RFC.
• To handle and solve day to day issue and problems related to products and packing.
• Execution of work amongst the down line including Managers, Senior Executives, Executives, Senior Officers and Officers in packing area.
• Handling of General Packing and Nutraceutical Packing.
• To ensure the whole area and machine are under control/clean.
• To make indent approval and follow up for requirements of packing departments.
• Co-ordination with QA/QC/Store/Engineering department for smooth functioning of Production (packing) activities.
• To ensure total department related documentation as per cGMP/GDP/DI /SOP/BPR/ Qualifications.
• Implementation of the corrective and preventive action as and when required for compliance.
• Handling of SAP HANA, BRMS and Track wise related work to make indent and follow up for requirements of production (packing) department.
• To prepare daily and monthly report.
• Should have exposure in lean manufacturing and OEE
