Arbeitsbeschreibung.

You will be a part of their Ultrasound team where you and other colleagues are responsible for the sales of Ultrasound devices in the Netherlands. You will manage the relationship with the end-users regarding all ultrasound devices in the Netherlands.

Main responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the development and execution of market- and business plans.
  • You will achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • You will observe and report market development and ensure corrective actions if necessary.
  • You will provide market analysis and development/ execution strategies and action plans to drive sales in conjunction with the sales plan.
  • You will work closely together with the application specialists and other account managers.
  • You will provide accurate sales forecasting.
  • You will develop long-term customer relationships coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs.

Within this position our client is looking for a proactive, independent and ambitious sales person with good communication and presentation skills.

Kandidaten Profil.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist with a proven track record in hospital sales, particularly in Medical Imaging or Capital Medical Equipment. The ideal candidate is skilled in understanding complex healthcare environments and building lasting relationships with key stakeholders including clinicians, hospital administrators and procurement teams.

Requirements

  • You preferably have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare or a related field.
  • You have 3-5 years of sales experience in the healthcare sector, with a preferred focus on Ultrasound, Capital Medical Equipment, Ventilation or Patient Monitoring.
  • Knowledge of ultrasound technology or imaging modalities is a strong advantage.
  • You have excellent communication skills.
  • You have strong organizational skills and a good sense of administration.
  • You have general IT and networking skills.
  • You have a strong will to learn.
  • You are not afraid to tackle complicated scientific issues.
  • You have a strong knowledge of workflow in hospital environments.
  • You are able to communicate in Dutch (fluent) and English.
  • You are preferably living in the middle of The Netherlands.
