Sovtransavto Deutschland GmbH is a leading provider of freight forwarding and logistics services in the field of export and import transportation. Due to expansion, we are looking for a responsible and ambitious sales manager to promote our international logistics services.
Your tasks:

• Client Discovery: Finding and attracting potential customers interested in our products and services
• Generation of new deals: Actively participating in acquiring new clients, especially in the areas of air, sea and land transportation
• Needs Analysis and Solution Presentation: Identifying individual customer needs, providing personalized solutions and overcoming objections to close deals
• Strategic Development: Development of effective sales strategies based on a comprehensive analysis of the market and target customers. Monitoring the market and competitors activities
• Trend Analysis and Proposal Development: Analyzing trends and changes in the logistics sector to formulate long-term sales strategies. Evaluating competitors’ offers for advantageous company positioning

Your profile

• Education and Experience: Education in commerce, preferably in logistics, and several years of experience in sales or comparable positions
• Industry knowledge: In-depth knowledge of logistics products and services as well as the market and industry is an advantage
• Negotiation and Communication Skills: Ability to conduct negotiations effectively and communicate complex issues clearly
• Confidence and Persistence: Ability to build effective client relationships, handle rejections and achieve results
• Deal Making Skills: Experience of successfully closing deals
• Presentation Skills: Proficiency in German and English for presentations and negotiations
