We also address how the economy, the world of work and society are changing in journalistic offerings, including newsletters, podcasts and digital magazines. Started in the Handelsblatt Media Group (HMG), ada Learning GmbH has been an independent company since 2020, founded by Miriam Meckel, Léa Steinacker and Verena Pausder.

Who we look for

For our team we are looking for a:

Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Your talent lies in the acquisition and development of real and sustainable customer relationships.
As a Sales Manager you are responsible for the structured acquisition of new customers and partners as well as for the development of new customer relationships. In doing so, you lay the foundation for our growth.
Your tasks include:

  • You generate new leads and identify new partnerships for our ada products.
  • You communicate in a friendly, engaging and qualified manner while effectively gaining new customer relationships at decision-maker level.
  • You observe the market as well as competitors and ensure structured development of new markets and expansion of our customer base
  • You pass on new customer requirements to the entire company and/ or integrate them into existing processes
  • You create the necessary reports based on our KPIs and evaluate our sales performance.
  • You support the implementation of successful sales processes and structures, including the necessary tools, and thus actively shape our lead strategy and continuously improve it
  • As part of the Business & Partner Relations team, you will also actively contribute to the development and optimization of our product and pricing strategy

Your profile

  • You have at least 3-4 years of experience in qualitative B2B sales (preferably in Learning or HR) and a proven track record in dealing with key accounts
  • You understand the needs of our customers and are confident in dealing with them in a professional manner.
  • You have a desire to work on one of the most important topics of the future and to help shape the growth course of a young startup
  • You speak fluent German and English and act confidently with our international customers
  • We also place a lot of value on teamwork, fairness and clear communication
