Your duties

Are you a motivated sales talent with experience in B2B sales? Then join our sales team for the DACH market at Trusted Shops! Our mission is to create digital trust and become the #1 community of trust in eCommerce. We offer you the opportunity to drive our new business forward and make companies successful with our SaaS products.

  • You will inspire your new B2B customers through the entire sales cycle and keep their attention from the first phone call. Our lead generation team will provide you with the leads for this.
  • During cold calls, you use the needs-analysis to find out what your customers need for their business and offer them effective solutions accordingly.
  • You are already familiar with creating customised offers and following them through to the successful conclusion of a contract
  • Organise your work processes in the way that suits you best. Do you like to start the day with initial calls to customers or do you prefer to prepare for meetings in more detail? No problem! We don't have a ‘blueprint’ that needs to be followed.
  • Get actively involved with your ideas and sales approaches and share your experience and knowledge with your team.

Your profile

  • Ambition and enthusiasm for sales
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German (C1)
  • Professional experience in cold calling in a B2B environment and joy in selling online products professionally
  • Experience with sales techniques - from needs-analysis to objection handling and closing
  • Ability to work in a team and willingness to help others
  • Enjoyment of continuous professional and personal development
