Your Role
As a Product Marketing Manager (f/m/d), you will develop content for comprehensive go-to-market campaigns that successfully position our products with customers and on the market. You will work closely with the Product, Sales and Customer Experience Department to ensure that our marketing initiatives are aligned with product development and reach our target audience. Your task is to communicate our product portfolio in the best possible way and to support sales with clear messages and appealing content.
How You Make an Impact
- You develop and execute international go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases to ensure they align with company goals and market needs.
- You create clear and compelling product messages and stories that differentiate our solutions in the market and resonate with the target audience. As part of this, product acceptance and customer feedback are taken into account in order to continuously optimize strategies and tactics.
- You conduct research and keyword analyses to understand customer needs, market trends and the competitive environment. Using these insights, you will support product development in terms of product naming and messaging and build content for marketing campaigns.
- You develop and create target group-specific content for the website and external communication, including case studies, white papers, product brochures and feature news that generate demand and increase conversions. You will also work closely with the Customer Experience team to create targeted cross-selling campaigns.
- You work closely with product management to understand the product roadmap and ensure marketing efforts are aligned with product development.
- You monitor and analyse the performance of product marketing initiatives, including campaign effectiveness, product adoption and customer feedback to continuously optimise strategies and tactics.
Your Profile

- You have a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, marketing or similar and are able to create clear and marketable communication from technical content.
- You enjoy writing technical content and have a flair for good storytelling.
- You have already gained professional experience in independent project management and you are familiar with the principles of marketing and external market communication and can apply them to your work in a targeted manner.
- You speak and write fluent German and English.
- You can use common AI tools effectively and incorporate them into your work.
- You enjoy working in a team and actively contribute to successful collaboration.
