For one of our clients we are looking for a Power BI Developer

Project description:
The service is requested as part of the project GEN AI: HCB R&D Octopus. The project has the purpose to :

• Simplify the consumer centric idea generation fuelled by e.g., ratings and reviews, market research data, social media, etc.
• Streamline physical product development via digital assistance.
• Explore link from consumer to sentiment to recipe data and conceptualize data-driven product development

The service of the external contractor is delivered within the area of simplifying the consumer centric idea generation, specifically the use-case will be focusing on consumer sentiment analysis within rating & review data.
The service of the external contractor is delivered within the framework of an agile working method.

Tasks

• Designing and implementation of a scalable and robust PowerBI frontend of LUNA a tool for consumer sentiment analysis based on ratings and review, with the following requirements fulfilled: A responsive interface with minimal wait times.
• User-friendly design incl.: Intuitive filtering options (by category, subcategories, brand, products, time, attributes)
• Simple navigation for accessing both quantitative and qualitative insights.
• All data displayed in English.
• (nice-to-have) Side-by-side display of reviews in English and the original language.

• Quantitative Insights, incl.: Visualization of data (sentiment scores in several designs), which enable multi-level analysis (category, sub-category, brand, product, attribute).
• Trend identification over time.

• Direct comparisons (category vs. category, category vs. sub-category, brand vs. brand, brand vs. product, product vs. product).
• Filters to exclude incentivized reviews or focus on relevant user groups.
• Traceability and Collaboration: Ability to save, share, and collaborate on insights for multiple stakeholders.
• Export options for sharing insights externally.
• Display date of latest data update and update frequency.
• [Depending on availability of Co-Pilot] Reports via Co-Pilot

• Ability to detect consumer-reported quality issues and have a dashboard to analyze them.

• Potential additions to the frontend: Links to original consumer reviews for easy reference.
• Full UI available in the original review language.
• Display product images alongside analysis.
• Automated report generation consolidating both quantitative and qualitative findings with flexibility to manually adjust insights and charts before finalizing.
• Option to exclude an attribute from the sentiment score calculation to predict sentiment change if the attribute sentiment changes.
• Statistical comparison of products.
• Accounts to enable scenario work and tracking of these

• Conduct guiding of user testing (business acceptance testing), referring documentation mentioned below (business acceptance testing). Once a deliverable can be tested, all relevant business users from the project team will be trained in one-hour focus sessions, that will be organized by the contractor.
• Independently perform functional testing; in case of business requirements (mentioned above) are not working, fix to be applied, starting at step 1 again.
• Documentation of technical implementation and related process documentation in Azure WIKI, that will be validated and approved by the client
• Handover of implementation to internal and external maintenance organizations according to above mentioned documentation.
