Operations Specialist (f/m/x)

Your mission
- Monitor business opportunity conversion and analyse competitive lost orders
- Develop annual and monthly sales forecasts and plans
- Monitor sales revenue, payments, and credit control; prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate reporting
- Assist with monthly departmental work reports
- Support the Operations Director in coordination and management tasks
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree or higher in finance or related field
- At least three years' experience in operations management
- Experience in the construction equipment industry a plus
- Proficient in Office software and data analysis
- Fluent in English and Chinese; knowledge of German a plus
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
