Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for

  • Development of the annual brand plans, including defining the brand/product strategy, brand tactics, key activities/deliverables and market development and respective implementation
  • Managing the local Marketing budget
  • Coordinate and oversee all marketing activities; incorporating educational events, field force communications, advertising and digital
  • Act as the main contact for all local marketing deliverables
  • Align and work closely with the Marketing team, delivering key local insights and inputting into European strategy and projects
  • Be a part of the EU Brand Team, contributing to strategic decisions
  • Help build and continuously develop local marketing strategy, through research and insights of the competitor and market landscape
  • Work closely with the Medical Director(s) to ensure that marketing activities are aligned with the Medical narrative and Medical Affairs deliverables
  • Collaborate effectively and build relationships with KAM's to gather key insights, in order to help guide local teams
  • Develop a range of HCP and patient focused marketing materials related to the branded assets and specifically will pull-through the new HCP and patient campaigns across channels - ensuring there are a variety of tools available to KAM's and MSL's to meet the unmet need of the the customer
  • Develop and foster working relationships withthought leaders in the specialty field to support disease education and branded launches
  • Lead commercial strategy and activities at key national congresses and meetings, including disease/product symposia, conference booths, and conference sponsorships
  • Execute against multi-channel CRM and media strategies including digital marketing strategies and programs.
  • As appropriate, this role provides direction for work delegated to additional vendor partners to ensure quality and timely completion of deliverables or provision of services.
  • Develop Senior Leadership and ad-hoc presentations as needed.
  • Support/manage sales forecasting
  • Compliant behaviour in line with all local laws, regulations and business practices

Your profile

At least 5 or more years of pharmaceutical marketing experience in Rx products;
An understanding of all aspects of a brand launch of hospital products.
Experience in sales, and the therapeutic area of anaesthesia and/or critical care would be of benefit

  • Bachelors Degree in science or Master degree
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with others to achieve mutual objectives
  • Effective cross-functional project team leadership and influencing skills.
  • Experience working across functional areas to help drive commercial decisions on products
  • Ability to convert strategy to actionable tactical plans
  • Demonstrated understanding and skills in the areas of pricing, reimbursement, and creative product/program development to inform and build an optimized Brand Value proposition.
  • Exerperience in working within a small / start up environment would be advantageous
  • Proven track record of delivering business objectives in a matrixed environment.

Language skills: Fluent in English; German is desirable
