Manager Secondary Packaging and Artwork
Your tasks
We are looking for a Manager Secondary Packaging and Artwork to join our team in Aachen.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure implementation projects and change projects (new products, new SKU, packaging change, artwork changes) are delivered on time and on budget
- Ensure that packaging orders are delivered by the CMO in time, in full, in quality
Further main tasks to support these responsibilities:
CPO Management:
- Perform Change Controls
- Provide serialization support
- Maintain components Management
- Provide support in technical questions
- Manage deviations, complaints
- Managing and supervision of IMP packaging for clinical trials
Artwork and Master Data:
- Manage creating and maintaining mock-ups and commercial artworks
- Perform and supervise the development and establishment of artworks under consideration of predetermined regulations (guidelines, cGMP aspects)
- Co-ordination and control of external service providers for artwork creation
- Co-ordination and control of CPO communication and artwork exchange
- Close co-operation with the Regulatory Department and Procurement
- Specification and master data management
Project management:
- Project Management including budget and time planning and related monitoring / status reporting
- Coordinate the efforts of stakeholders to ensure that required tasks can be accomplished in time and budget
- Directs and integrates the activities of multiple, major project operations; ensures that project efforts are generally cohesive, consistent, and effective in supporting the goals, and strategic plan
- Manages the working relationships between project leadership, administration, key business and operational stakeholders
- Maintains currency of knowledge and relevant state-of-the-art systems and technology
Your profile
- Degree University of Applied Science: Business Informatics, Chemics, Industrial/Process Engineering, or similar
- Minimum of 5 years working within the pharmaceutical industry covering commercial Medicinal Product.
- Professional experience in the pharmaceutical environment for minimum 5 years
- Project management expertise minimum 3 years
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English and German language
