(Junior) System Manager - ISCC PLUS (Traceability & CoC)

Your tasks

  • Develop principles, criteria and indicators for the ISCC PLUS standard with regard to traceability and chain of custody
  • Facilitate practical implementation of ISCC PLUS certification through technical guidance to certified companies and auditors/certification bodies
  • Develop and update system documents, audit procedures, training materials
  • Further develop and conduct ISCC PLUS trainings on the certification of ISCC PLUS supply chains
  • Initiate, organize and participate in stakeholder communication regarding ISCC PLUS certification
  • Establish and maintain good working relations with relevant stakeholders and key accounts
  • Represent ISCC at external events (e.g. conferences, stakeholder meetings)
  • Analyse market needs for sustainability certification with regard to different final markets
  • Develop and adjust certification requirement principles and strengthen the integrity of the scheme

Your profile

  • University degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, environmental science/ engineering, chemistry, physics or another related field
  • At least 2 years of professional experience after graduation, preferably related to: circular economy, bio economy, certification systems or similar
  • Proven professional experience in project management
  • Excellent communication skills in an international environment with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent research and writing skills
  • Excellent language skills in English (at least C1), additional language skills will be of advantage
  • Very strong presentation skills as well as the ability to explain complex issues in simple terms and to create professional presentations according to target group
  • High general IT proficiency and very good working knowledge in databases and MS Office
  • High degree of initiative and an independent working style
  • Willingness to contribute to the continuous improvement process and to drive change
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally
