As the Junior HR Manager (m/f/d), you will oversee and manage various aspects of human resources as the contact person for all personnel-related topics.
Your mission
This role serves as the primary point of contact for applicants during the recruitment process, handling all correspondence and scheduling interviews.
The incumbent will provide support to the leadershop team with various day-to-day tasks and support all colleagues with various HR-related issues, such as the administration of personnel files, invoice management, and cooperation.
Responsibility for the administrative onboarding process for new colleagues.
Participation in the maintenance and improvement of our HR tools (e.g., Personio, Leapsome) and documentation of people processes.
Supporting the communication of our employer brand, e.g. by creating target group-specific content (job advertisements, maintaining communication channels, organizing events)
Involvement in the planning of personnel development measures and support in their implementation.
Independently working on various topics and participating in different People & Culture-related projects.

Your profile
- Bachelor degree in HR or similar
- experience of 1-2 years in the HR field
- fluent in English
