Details: The IT Business Analyst role ensures support, operation, and long-term development of information systems and databases.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar IT position
• Experience in analyzing and specifying requirements
• Independence in solving tasks and problems
• Analytical skills and logical thinking
• Basic knowledge of project management
• Knowledge of SQL databases and SQL language
• Experience with POWER BI is an advantage
• Knowledge of web services and formats such as XML, JSON, and HTML is an advantage
• English language - intermediate level (knowledge of IT terminology primarily in written form required)

Functions

• Communication with business units regarding new requirements for existing/new IT systems and transforming these requirements into functional IT specifications
• Communication with IT solution providers
• Design and creation of BI reports
• Coordination of IT projects
• Analysis and design of processes and functionalities
• Creation of documentation for IT systems, including the development of process diagrams
• Resolving various less critical operational issues in the ERP system / troubleshooting
• IT integration for customers - data exchange (EDI, web services)
