We are looking for a passionate Application Engineer to support our customers in Australia. You’ll provide technical advice, conduct on-site training, and work closely with industry partners to ensure seamless integration of our solutions. This role offers the perfect mix of customer interaction, problem-solving, and independent project management.

Your Responsibilities:

• Independently manage training projects for Klaes software solutions
• Provide technical support to customers
• Deliver after-sales service and hotline support from your home office
• Support the sales team during product demonstrations and presentations
• Participate in trade fairs and industry events
• Database management

Your Profile

• Completed technical training or comparable qualification
• Strong IT knowledge and technical affinity
• Self-motivated, independent, and detail-oriented work style
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Good command of English (German is a plus)
• Permanent resident in Australia with full working rights
