Responsibilities
At Freudenberg Performance Materials (FPM), Human Resources (HR) is more than just a department-it's the engine driving our people-centric culture and strategic transformation. As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in integrating and shaping the future of our Hueckelhoven site in leading with both heart and strategy.
Your Impact:
Drive Strategy: Localize and implement global FPM HR strategies to meet the specific needs of our Hueckelhoven location, ensuring alignment with our overall business goals.
Full Employee Lifecycle: From onboarding to offboarding, you spearhead workforce planning, and employee development to build a skilled and motivated labor force that is ready to meet current and future challenges. You will have a heavy focus on building our Apprenticeship Program.
Legal Compliance: Safeguard the organization by ensuring adherence to labor laws and managing payroll, personnel administration, and legal regulations with precision.
Process and Operational: You are the go-to contact in Hueckelhoven and act as the driver for operational and strategic topics, ensuring daily operations are managed smoothly
Relationship-Building: Cultivate strong relationships with employees, management, labor unions, and external partners to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Change Management: Lead cultural and operational transformation, promoting a mindset of continuous improvement and adaptability.
Influential Leadership: Inspire and guide teams through positive reinforcement, coaching, and creating a thriving work environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
Extensive HR experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience with labor law, building relationships with labor unions, project management, and cross-functional leadership.
Proficiency in HRIS systems (preferably SAP or Workday).
Fluency in German and English
