Deine Rolle
Du liebst es, mit Menschen zu arbeiten und brennst für People Themen! Als P&O Teammitglied bist du mitverantwortlich für unsere HR-Prozesse und unterstützst deine Kolleg:innen mit Rat und Tat.
In unserem People & Organization Team schaffen wir gemeinsam eine inspirierende Arbeitsatmosphäre. Dabei setzen wir auf Vertrauen, offene Kommunikation und einen wertschätzenden Umgang miteinander.
Wie du etwas bewirkst
- Du gestaltest aktiv unsere HR-Prozesse und bringst deine kreativen Ideen ein
- Du trägst maßgeblich zu unserer positiven Unternehmenskultur bei und lebst die Werte: Gleichberechtigung, Vertrauen und Inklusion
- Du kümmerst dich um den Employee Lifecycle - ab der Einstellung bis zum Austritt - und sorgst für eine tolle Employee Experience
- Du managst die vorbereitende Lohnbuchhaltung (Datev) und bist die Schnittstelle zu unserem Payroll-Partner
- Du bringst dich in spannende HR-Projekte ein (z.B. internationale Einstellungen, Remote Work, Arbeitssicherheit, betriebliche Altersvorsorge, Elternzeit-Management und Benefits)
- Du behältst in Personio (unserer HR-Software) den Überblick über alle wichtigen Mitarbeiterdaten
Dein Profil
Perfektion ist ein Mythos! Viel mehr interessiert uns der Mensch hinter dem Bildschirm. Diese Kriterien sind also eher als Orientierungshilfe für dich gedacht. Wir sind gespannt, wie deine individuellen Fähigkeiten zu uns passen.
- Du hast entweder ein Studium (z.B. Wirtschafts- oder Geisteswissenschaften) oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit HR-Weiterbildung in der Tasche
- HR-Erfahrung ist toll, aber kein Muss - auch als Berufseinsteiger:in bist du bei uns herzlich willkommen!
- Du bringst idealerweise bereits Know-how in Arbeitsrecht, Sozialversicherung und Arbeitsschutz mit
- Du fühlst dich in einem Scale-Up pudelwohl, packst gerne an und bringst eigene Ideen ein
- Du hast Spaß an der Arbeit mit digitalen HR-Tools
- Mit deiner Hands-on-Mentalität meisterst du auch turbulentere Zeiten souverän
- Deine empathische und wertschätzende Art macht dich zum echten Teamplayer
- Du kommunizierst fließend auf Deutsch und Englisch
- Du willst aktiv die Energiewende mitgestalten und brennst für unsere Mission

Your Role
You love working with people and are passionate about HR topics! As a P&O team member, you are co-responsible for our HR processes and provide your colleagues with guidance and support.
In our People & Organization team, we work together to create an inspiring work atmosphere. We value trust, open communication, and a culture of mutual appreciation.
How You Make an Impact
- You actively shape our HR processes and contribute your creative ideas
- You play a key role in fostering our positive company culture and embody the values of equality, trust, and inclusion
- You oversee the employee lifecycle-from hiring to offboarding-ensuring an excellent employee experience
- You manage the preparatory payroll process (Datev) and work closely with our payroll partner
- You contribute to exciting HR projects (e.g., international hires, remote work, occupational safety, pension schemes, parental leave management, and benefits)
- You keep track of all essential employee data in our HR software (Personio)
Your Profile
- You have either a degree (e.g., in business or social sciences) or a apprenticeship with additional HR training
- HR experience is great, but not a must - we also warmly welcome career starters!
- Ideally, you already have knowledge of labor law, social security, and occupational health and safety
- You thrive in a scale-up environment, enjoy taking initiative, and bring in your own ideas
- You have fun working with digital HR tools
- With your hands-on mentality, you navigate even busy times with confidence
- Your empathetic and appreciative nature makes you a true team player
- You communicate fluently in German and English
- You want to actively contribute to the energy transition and are passionate about our mission
