HR Business Partner (all gender)

Responsibilities

  • HR Generalist Support: Provide the full range of HR support to functional leaders and teams, ensuring smooth HR operations.
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Responsible for supporting the hiring activity within the client group areas, including the hiring strategy, selecting suitable providers for sourcing, supporting final interviews, and cost management.
  • HR Communication: Present HR updates at team events and town halls, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Employee Relations: Support line managers during full employee lifecycle.
  • People & Culture projects linked to the People & Culture strategy, cooperating with the HR Business Partners and HR Services team to agree the aims, align resources and agree timings.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Assist with reward decisions that align with market standards and internal policies.
  • Leadership Development: Enhance leadership capabilities through coaching and feedback.
  • Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement activities and the process for action planning through the functions - be a champion for employee engagement.
  • Build relationship with the functions.

Your profile

  • Educational Background: Degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or related fields.
  • HR Experience: Proven experience as an HR Generalist, ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • Project Management: Strong skills in project management, data reporting, and presentations.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in German and English.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Continuous Improvement: A passion for driving change and improving processes.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, delivering on time and within budget.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credible relationships across functions.
  • You live in commutable distance to Düsseldorf as the job requires being at the office 3 days a week minimum.
  • Willingness to travel to international sites and offices occasionally.
