HR Analytics Specialist (f/m/d)

As an HR Analytics Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making within the HR function. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for analysing HR data, generating actionable insights, and providing recommendations to improve employee engagement, retention, performance, and overall organizational effectiveness. Our vision is to understand our customers like no other and challenge ourselves to improve every single day to make logistics simple.
What you can expect

  • You will collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from various sources to uncover insights that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Additionally, you will develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track key HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee engagement.
  • In your role, you will utilize predictive modeling to forecast HR trends and collaborate with Regional HR Directors to support strategic initiatives.
  • You will ensure data integrity and accuracy through governance practices and regular audits, working closely with IT and HRIS teams.
  • Your responsibilities will include providing strategic insights for the management and aligning HR analyses with strategic objectives.

What you bring

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • You bring close to 2 years of experience in HR, data analytics, or statistics, with strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is required, experience with HR systems like Workday is helpful.
  • You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and are able to convey technical information to a non-technical audience.
  • Strong project management skills allow you to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
