Details: Head of Sales Department in Caucasus and Central Asia is a significant and influential role within the organization and being the main interface to key customers and partners in Caucasus and Central Asiaand focus on the management of sales and marketing team

Requirements

  • Master's or bachelor's degree
  • Successful work experience in sales position with management fucntions 5+ years
  • Practical experience in Consumer field will be a huge advantage
  • Proven knowledge of the local market
  • Excellent customer-orientation and networking skill
  • Proficiency in English (min. intermediate level)
  • Focus on the achievement of results, stress tolerance, good analytical skills, a systematic approach to work, independence and responsibility in decision making.

Functions

  • Create, manage, develop an effective KAM Consumer team in accordance with the requirements and policies of the company in the following countries: Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan.
  • Ensure improvement of mainland business indicators such as REV, SO, sales loss, customer base, overdue.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute sales plans in terms of partners and brands (Logitech, B&O, Asbis own brands, etc).
  • Develop and implement effective data driven sales management processes including PSI CPFR.
  • Manage the workload on KAM Consumer.
  • Ensure high levels of service and regular interaction between the KAM Consumer team and key partners.
  • Develop, coordinate and execute team development plan, including personal development plans for subordinates.
  • Develop optimal approaches to employee incentives based on the specifics of the labor market in the specified countries.
  • Interact with BDM Consumer according to the regulations adopted by the company.
  • Develop relations with key partners, including participation in negotiations with partners.
  • Together with the HR department, adaptation of new team members during the trial period.
