Your responsibilites:

• Development of projects for supplying customers with technical gases (e.g., air gases, hydrogen, CO2) on an industrial scale, including the construction of gas production and gas treatment plants
• Development of long-term service solutions related to CO2 environmental and climate issues (CCUS)
• Identifying customer needs in collaboration with our central sales organization and national subsidiaries
• Selecting suitable technical applications in close coordination with our sales application team
• Determining investment and ongoing operating costs for respective plants
• Preparing customer proposals, including participating in internal profitability assessments
• Supporting contract negotiations and collaborating with our legal department on contract drafting
• Coordinating feasibility and implementation of plants with other engineering disciplines

Your qualifications:

• Degree in Process Engineering or equivalent and several years of experience in the design of industrial plants
• Strong expertise in investment cost estimation for industrial facilities and solid knowledge of project scheduling
• Broad engineering knowledge (Construction, E&I technology, equipment and piping safety engineering)
• Good understanding of approval regulations and EU funding laws
• Willingness to advocate for company interests even in challenging situations
• Strong team player with flexibility and intercultural competence in international teams
• Creativity and enthusiasm for developing technically demanding solutions
• Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
• High willingness to travel worldwide (approx. 30-40%)
