As Head of Finance & Operations you are part of the management team and responsible for all operational and financial processes within the company.

Your role:

• You extend and lead our finance and operations team.
• Frequent fundraising (equity) end to end in close collaboration with our co-founders.
• Investor relations, incl. investor pitch preparation, investor appointments, investor reportings.
• Responsibility for all corporate finance areas, including optimization of capital structure, strategic financial planning related to further development of the business model.
• Operational financial planning, monthly and annual financial statements (incl. audits, DDs, accounting & controlling).
• Strategy planning and execution based on OKRs.
• Ensuring smooth and efficient operations in the CEO office.
• Management of strategic projects and special topics, as well as strategic partnerships on C-level.

Your profile

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment (StartUp/ScaleUp, Management Consultancy, Venture Capital).
• Demonstrated experience and success in prior fundraising activities.
• You are a fast-growth individual with a past that demonstrates an ability to attain goals in a fast-paced environment and inspire the people around you.
• Degree in economics or a comparable qualification.
• Motivated Enthusiast with strong communication skills and a high degree of social competence.
• Organisational talent with a self-reliant and structured way of working.
• Discretion and confidentiality, as well as high work ethics.
• Very good knowledge of the English language (C1) and German (C1).
• Strong personal interest in people development, personal growth and leadership.
• Strong skills in MS Powerpoint and Excel.
