Your role

• Administration of Windows servers on VMware including VSphere
• Basic knowledge in the administration of Linux systems
• Automation of server deployments
• Support of cloud migration with good knowledge in Azure and AWS
• Maintenance, documentation, and further development of internal IT infrastructure
• Planning, installation, and support of IT systems and associated hardware components
• Careful incident and problem management as well as ensuring ongoing operations and compliance with IT security requirements
• Management of IT service providers
• Backup and recovery management
• Participation in business continuity processes

Your profile

• Completed university degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in computer science or equivalent vocational training (e.g., IT specialist, IT systems engineer) with a two-year additional qualification
• Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in the IT field
• Good knowledge in Azure and AWS to support cloud migration
• Basic knowledge in the administration of Linux systems
• Voluntary on-call duty (16:00-6:00 in the morning) with corresponding compensation
• Fluent in German and very good English skills in both written and spoken form
• Organizational and assertiveness skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
