Executive Associate (m/f/d)

About the Job

We're looking for a motivated Executive Associate (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies and one of the key tasks is to collect, consolidate, and analyze company-wide data to support high-quality investor communication and informed strategic decisions. Oversee all investment processes, including the creation and maintenance of pitch decks, managing the data room, and organizing investor communications and meetings. The ideal candidate will manage investor and shareholder processes, ensuring internal alignment with other teams during due diligence (DD). Generate and deliver monthly investor reports, coordinate quarterly board meetings, and prepare annual reports

In your day-to-day work, you'll serve as the point of contact for C-team in organizational matters, facilitate and manage internal communications by providing relevant information to the internal communications team

In this role, you’ll:

  • Establish alignment and communication system with internal teams, identifying initial topics to improve specific NPS (Month 1)
  • Implement monthly and quarterly investor reporting processes (Month 1)
  • Prepare board meeting slide template and content (Month 2)
  • Develop a structured presentation deck consolidating company-wide project status (e.g., BLK programs, Fab construction, technology development), including budget and expense details for strategic decisions, board meetings, and internal/external use (Month 3)
  • Complete the pitch deck structure, ready for data input (Month 3)

Your Profile

  • You are a former CEO or Co-Founder, ideally from a tech or finance startup background, with extensive industry experience and a talent for building effective team environments
  • Your key skills include strong analytical and decision-making capabilities, excellent internal and external communication skills in English and German
  • You have a proven ability to drive financial growth and preferably hold a Master’s degree in Economics
  • You are a collaborative individual who excels in communication

Please note that we’re looking for support in our Aachen office. Eligibility to work in the EU is required.
