Digitalization Project Manager
As Digitalization Project Manager, you will work for Asendia Logistics as a member of the Supply Chain Management Department and report to the Head of Global PMO. You will play a major role in the success of the Digitalization initiative by bringing your experience in technologies, as well as assessing and implementing use cases. You will manage end-to-end process optimization and digitalization for various departments and support the business teams from initialization to successful completion of go-live.

Your Tasks
In the role of Project Manager: • You will be responsible of several projects of process optimization and digitalization to be run in parallel for different departments, from end-to-end.
You will manage the risks of the projects in terms of time, quality, effort, and cost.
You will define the daily business organization for support and change requests of all implemented projects.
In the role of Business Analyst: • You will review existing processes, identify pain points and business needs as well as calculate business cases.
You will also be responsible for making recommendations on optimization, designing solutions based on digital technologies, and defining a rollout for implementation, in collaboration with the different project contributors. You will also coordinate business, IT and external contributors and handle RFP processes if necessary.
You are the main player of the success of the Digitalization initiative: • You will identify relevant opportunities of process automation to feed continuously the pipeline.
You will communicate on existing successes and promote internally the optimization approach.
You will have the opportunity to present achievements to members of the Management Board.
Your Profile
A bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or similar.
You have an IT background and knowledge in low and medium technologies and appetite for new technologies. Knowledge in e-commerce is a plus.
As project manager, you have proven your ability to manage successfully multiple projects in parallel; and as a business analyst, consultant or similar you have demonstrated your aptitude in designing solutions and conducting workshops.
You are enthusiastic and a team player who likes being involved in transversal topics. Your colleagues can always rely on you.
You are autonomous, reliable, accurate and above all, you have a pragmatic approach to move your projects forward.
You are open-minded and like thinking out of the box and bringing new ideas.
Your strong communication skills ensure the capability of working with people of various levels of hierarchy and from a variety of backgrounds, in an international environment.
You are fluent in English. Any other language is an asset.
