As a software startup, we’re developing the global standard solution for direct-to-customer sales digitalization. We’re looking for a dedicated individual to actively shape and advance our NLP solutions as a Data Scientist. You bring both technical know-how and strategic thinking to ensure our models and algorithms run smoothly and efficiently. Your mission
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work with a diverse team to design and implement NLP solutions that enhance semantic search and contextually relevant retrieval.
- RAG Technique Integration: Integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques into our current AI technology stack to improve response quality and relevance.
- Research and Development: Conduct R&D to create advanced solutions that address real-world client challenges.
- Model Fine-Tuning and Evaluation: Participate in fine-tuning and evaluating large language models (LLMs) for various applications to improve system performance.
- Data and Feedback Analysis: Analyze data and user feedback to refine search algorithms and enhance system accuracy.
- Codebase Contribution: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, ensuring high standards of code quality and fostering team collaboration.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest advancements in NLP, semantic search, and AI, and propose new approaches to keep our solutions innovative and industry-leading.
Your profile
- Understanding and Familiarity with NLP and RAG Techniques: Knowledge and experience in Natural Language Processing and Retrieval-Augmented Generation frameworks with a strong motivation to grow in this field.
- Programming Skills: Proficient in programming, particularly with Python.
- Version Control: Experience with Git for code versioning and collaboration.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Familiarity with AWS cloud services and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform) is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions with a practical, problem-solving approach.
- Communication Skills: Proficiency in English for effective communication within a diverse, international team.
