For our partner in the industrial sector we are looking for a

Customer Master Data Specialist (m/f/d) at the Düsseldorf site.

Bring your passion for data management to an innovative, globally recognized industrial company, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize and maintain high-quality customer master data that fuels strategic decision-making.
Your task:

• Analyze and optimize processes related to master data management, focusing on customer data in SAP systems (MDG-C)
• Work with data dictionaries, process documentation, and clarify key mappings to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Provide training and guidance on MDG-C concepts to users with varying levels of SAP experience
• Offer solutions-oriented advice on data entry automation and improving data quality across systems
• Evaluate and update customer master data to align with SAP transaction requirements and business needs
• Collaborate in agile project environments, contributing to sprint planning, execution, and delivery using Jira boards
• Support the rollout and implementation of MDG-C across various business units and locations, ensuring successful integration

Your qualification:

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related field, or a completed vocational training with relevant experience
• Experience in master data management, particularly in SAP MDG-C or similar systems
• Strong analytical skills and a process-oriented mindset
• Experience in delivering training or supporting non-technical users in SAP environments
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data automation and process improvement
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts clearly
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a plus but not a must
