Deine Aufgaben
- Du begleitest den Vamo CTO (ex. Co-Founder tado°, ex. CTO ProGlove) auf Schritt und Tritt
- Du bekommst einzigartige Einblicke in die Arbeit der Geschäftsleitung eines der am schnellsten wachsenden Climate Tech Startups in Deutschland
- Du treibst neue Projekte und Unternehmungen (Zero to 1) mit dem C-Level voran
- Du interagierst mit dem Vamo Board und den wichtigsten externen Stakeholdern, z.B. Lieferanten oder Technologie-Partner
Dein Profil
- Erfahrung: 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung in einem anspruchsvollen und schnelllebigen Umfeld (z.B. Top Management Beratung, Investmentbanking, Start-up, Scale-up, Venture Capital)
- Ausbildung: Wirtschafts- oder Ingenieurwissenschaftliches mit starker Affinität zur Software- oder Produktentwicklung im Bachelor- oder Masterstudium (Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik mit Nebenfach BWL etc.) mit Abschluss unter den Top 5% deines Jahrgangs
- Fähigkeiten: Gestaltungswille und Can-Do Mentalität
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohe Lernbereitschaft
- Selbstständige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke im Kundenumgang und im Team
- Proficiency im Umgang mit gängigen Software-Tools
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort & Schrift
- Gültiges EU Arbeitsvisum

Your mission
- You accompany the Vamo CTO (ex. Co-Founder tado°, ex. CTO ProGlove) every step of the way
- You get unique insights into the work of the management of one of the fastest growing climate tech startups in Germany
- You drive new projects and ventures (Zero to 1) with the C-level
- You interact with the Vamo Board and the most important external stakeholders, e.g. suppliers or technology partners
Your profile
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a demanding and fast-moving environment (e.g. top management consulting, investment banking, start-up, scale-up, venture capital)
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics or engineering with a strong affinity for software or product development (business informatics, computer science with a minor in business administration, etc.) with a degree in the top 5% of your year
Skills
- Will to create and can-do mentality
- Quick comprehension and a high willingness to learn
- Independent and conscientious way of working
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills when dealing with customers and in a team
- Proficiency in using common software tools
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Valid EU work visa

We are a young heat pump technology company from Cologne.
