Your duties
As a Corporate Recruiter (f/m/d) you are mainly responsible for the further personnel expansion of our corporate departments, such as Finance, People or Operations. You are the first to contact exciting candidates and motivate them to apply for a job at Trusted Shops. You will accompany the candidates you have acquired through the entire application process and therefore help to shape the further growth of Trusted Shops.
You will work together with other recruiters in an international environment and share your passion about matching talents with our products to ensure secure shopping in our digital world. Moreover, your speech is authentic and likeable?! Then we should get to know each other!
Your passion is about being a:
- Recruiting Expert: A varied role in which you will attract candidates via different channels, conduct interviews and guide all future Trustees through the entire application process
- Sourcing Guru: Build a strong tech talent pipeline by utilizing a variety of platforms and networks to identify and approach relevant candidates.
- Stakeholder Enthusiast: Collaborate closely with our Hiring Managers to uncover the exact requirements and qualifications for our positions. As a sparring partner you enable them to always keep the best possible candidate experience in mind during the process
- Data-Driven Specialist: Measure success and performance by analyzing data and key recruitment metrics.
- Team Player: Work together with other recruiters in an international environment and foster a great team atmosphere by proactively sharing your expertise.
Your profile
- Experienced (Inhouse) Recruiter (f/m/d) in hiring corporate roles and leadership positions with a focus on SaaS-business
- Proven experience in active sourcing and building strong talent pipelines and pools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in dealing with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Profund experience in the use of application management systems and databases
- Project management experience, as well as strengths in prioritization and teamwork
- Fluency in German and English, other European languages welcome
