Das erwartet Dich
Operativ:
- Beratung unserer Geschäftsleitung und operativen Einheiten in allen Rechtsfragen
- Betreuung und Abwicklung von internationalen Transaktionen, Unternehmensfusionen sowie Übernahmen (M&A)
- Gestaltung und Prüfung von internationalen Verträgen
- Betreuung von gesellschaftsrechtlichen Restrukturierungen und Gründungen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Compliance-Anforderungen auf internationaler Ebene
- Ansprechpartner für externe Anwälte und internationale Behörden
- Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Due-Diligence-Prüfungen
- Unterstützung bei der Risikominimierung durch rechtliche Analysen und Empfehlungen
- Schulung und Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeitenden zu relevanten rechtlichen Themen
Strategisch:
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von juristischen Strategien zur Unterstützung des globalen Wachstums
- Überwachung der Einhaltung internationaler Vorschriften und Standards
- Analyse rechtlicher Risiken und Erarbeitung von Handlungsempfehlungen zur Minimierung dieser Risiken
- Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von internationalen Verhandlungen
- Beobachtung und Analyse rechtlicher Entwicklungen auf globaler Ebene und deren Auswirkungen auf das Unternehmen
Das bringst Du mit
Bildung:
- Abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium (Staatsexamen) mit Schwerpunkt im internationalen Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht
- Idealerweise Zulassung als Rechtsanwalt (m/w/d) in Deutschland oder einem anderen europäischen Land
Erfahrung:
- Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer internationalen Wirtschaftskanzlei oder der Rechtsabteilung eines global agierenden Unternehmens
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im internationalen Vertrags- und Gesellschaftsrecht
- Erfahrung in der Begleitung von M&A-Transaktionen und internationalen Geschäftsprojekten
- Erfahrung im Arbeitsrecht ist wünschenswert
Fähigkeiten/Kenntnisse:
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im internationalen Handelsrecht, Vertragsrecht und Gesellschaftsrecht
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, präzise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

Your Tasks
Management tasks
- Motivating, developing and training the technical team

Strategic
- Working closely with general management on the technological development and implementation of our vision and roadmap on a global level
- Identifying opportunities to integrate new approaches (automation, data science, artificial intelligence) to increase efficiency
- Project management for international technological development and definition of long-term goals and milestones
Operational
- Development and implementation of a long-term technological strategy to optimally support business objectives
- Ensuring the operational stability and scalability of our IT infrastructure and systems

Your Qualification
Education
- Completed studies in computer science, engineering or a similar field with a focus on business development or digitization
Experience
- Several years of proven professional experience in the technical and disciplinary management of technical teams and implementation of technological strategies
- Experience in working with agile development methods and modern technology stacks
- Experience in food or comparable industry
Technical knowledge
- Sound knowledge of databases, cloud technologies and IT security
- High technology and innovation orientation
Skills
- Positive driver and motivator with persuasive power and high results orientation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills as well as the ability to convey complex technical concepts in an understandable way
