Das erwartet Dich
- Verfassen von Texten für verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle, einschließlich Pressemitteilungen, Blogartikel, Newsletter, Social Media Posts und Werbematerialien sowie Verfassen von regelmäßigen Artikeln in Fachzeitungen
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von PR-Strategien zur Steigerung der Markenbekanntheit und Verbesserung des Unternehmensimages
- Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Medienvertretern, Influencern und anderen relevanten Stakeholdern
- Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Inhalten für die Unternehmenswebsite und andere digitale Plattformen
- Organisation und Koordination von Pressekonferenzen, Interviews und anderen PR-Events
- Überwachung und Analyse der Medienberichterstattung sowie Erstellung von PR-Berichten und -Analysen
- Unterstützung des Marketingteams bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kommunikationskampagnen sowie bei der Erstellung von Redaktionsplänen
Das bringst Du mit
Bildung:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikationswissenschaften, Journalismus, Marketing oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
Erfahrung:
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Contentwriting und PR, idealerweise in einem Agentur- oder Unternehmensumfeld
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Medienvertretern und in der Organisation von PR-Events
Fachkenntnisse:
- Hervorragende schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Ausgeprägtes sprachliches Verständnis sowie Kenntnisse bei der Erstellung zielgruppenorientierter Texte und Storytelling
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office; Kenntnisse in Content-Management-Systemen und Grafikdesign-Software sind von Vorteil
- Hervorragende Ausdrucksweise in Wort und Schrift auf deutscher und englischer Sprache
Fähigkeiten:
- Kreativität sowie selbstorganisierte, verantwortungsbewusste und termingerechte Arbeitsweise
- Flexibilität und die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen

Your Tasks
- Writing copy for various communication channels, including press releases, blog articles, newsletters, social media posts and promotional materials, as well as writing regular articles in trade journals
- Developing and implementing PR strategies to increase brand awareness and improve the company's image
- Building and maintaining relationships with media representatives, influencers and other relevant stakeholders
- Creating and editing content for the company website and other digital platforms
- Organizing and coordinating press conferences, interviews and other PR events
- Monitoring and analyzing media coverage and preparing PR reports and analyses
- Supporting the marketing team in the development and implementation of communication campaigns and the creation of editorial plans
Your Qualification
Education:
- Degree in communication sciences, journalism, marketing or a comparable field of study
Experience:
- Several years of professional experience in content writing and PR, ideally in an agency or corporate environment
- Experience in dealing with media representatives and organizing PR events
Specialist knowledge:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Strong linguistic understanding and knowledge of creating target group-oriented texts and storytelling
- Very good knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of content management systems and graphic design software is an advantage
