For one of our clients we are looking for a Consultant for Data Protection and Web tracking
Project background
Cross-stream testing of the further/newly developed systems and data processing in the RAITT MM environment. With a focus on existing and newly introduced/developed tracking technologies along the entire customer lifecycle

Tasks

• Analysis of existing and newly introduced technologies and processes by RAITT with regard to compliance and data protection.
• Advice on the legally compliant implementation of the GDPR and ePrivacy requirements, TDDDG in all web services and channels, including the new application possibilities through RAITT
• Development and implementation of a whitelable solution that is adapted to the extended application possibilities of the tracking technologies and the new requirements of RAITT
• Secure and compliant use of Google tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) as well as new tracking technologies and their integration into the further developed infrastructure
• Creation of comprehensive documentation in Jira and Confluence in accordance with corporate standards and minimum legal requirements
• Implementation and review of the implementation process for the new solutions and legal requirements
• Control of the implementation of the data protection management system in OneTrust
• Functional/technical definition and detailed specification of the required new development in the field of the tracking technologies used in RAITT MM
• Advice on the creation of the functional specification for the SW/process development for the use of new/existing tracking technologies and adjacent systems
• Conception and creation of acceptance test specifications (acceptance criteria and test catalogue)
• Technical advice and conception of function/component development Execution of the final acceptance tests before commissioning until go-live
