To support our team, we are now looking for a motivated part-time or full-time Commercial Assistant Accounting & Controlling (f/m/d).

Your tasks:

• Development and creation of regular reports
• Calculation & control of customer projects
• Invoicing of invoices and credit notes
• Compilation and control of billing-relevant documents
• Data maintenance in various billing systems
• Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual results and budget planning
• Support with the monthly stock check and valuation
• Processing ad hoc requests in Controlling

Your profile

• Completed commercial training, studies or comparable commercial training or ideally with experience in a similar position
• Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and IT systems
• Impeccable written and spoken German language skills
• Good communication skills and basic knowledge of English
• Team-oriented, independent and solution-oriented way of working
