Job description

• End-to-end responsibility for finance, accounting and controlling of the entire company
• Establishment of modern and efficient accounting processes and structures
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as balance sheets according to HGB
• Preparation of financial plans, forecasts, and budgets
• Taking the lead in implementing an ERP-system and setting up the relevant processes
• Contact person for banks and auditors
• Reporting to the parent company group

Requirements

• Degree in business studies and/ or qualification as an accountant
• Profound professional experience in accounting or a comparable position, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Secure knowledge of financial statements and balance sheets
• Structured and independent way of working paired with confidentiality and entrepreneurial thinking
• Business fluent in German and English
• Energetic and passionate personality with can-do mentality and an international mindset
