Drive Innovation in Bioanalytical Research
Are you passionate about transforming bioanalytical research through innovative technology? Do you combine deep scientific expertise with business acumen? We're seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our StudyGen 360 data platform and shape the future of bioanalytical services.
Your Impact
As Business Development Manager, you'll spearhead the growth of our StudyGen 360 platform, combining your scientific expertise with strategic business development to revolutionize bioanalytical research. You'll build lasting relationships with industry leaders while driving technical excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies for StudyGen 360 data platform
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with technology providers
- Represent us at scientific conferences and industry trade shows
- Create technical content including white papers and scientific publications
- Organize and conduct client webinars and workshops
- Lead contract negotiations and prepare customized proposals
- Coordinate between clients, IT development, and quality management
- Guide teams in bioanalytical requirements and best practices
- Drive continuous improvement of internal processes
Requirements
- University degree in life sciences (preferably biochemistry, biotechnology or related disciplines)
- Minimum 3 years experience in business development or sales of bioanalytical services/products
- Deep knowledge of bioanalytical processes, especially LC/MS, LBA, and immunoassays
- Proven track record in business strategy development and customer relationship building
- Business fluent in English (German is a plus)
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Willingness to travel (approximately 20%)
