Details: Currently, we are looking for a Business Development Manager with experience of consumer electronics sales of rugged smartphones/ smartphones of Chinese brands into retail channels to develop sales across Europe.

Requirements

  • Successful experience in managing B2C sales (Retail) in the field of smartphones, tablets, laptops for at least 5 years, including team leadership experience.
  • Strategic thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategies aimed at achieving goals and meeting customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively interact with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, ability to motivate and manage a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Analytical skills: Deep market analysis, ability to use data for strategic decision-making.
  • English language: Good command of English.
  • Result orientation: Striving to achieve and exceed set goals, high responsibility for the department's performance.

Functions

  • Develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Analyze the market, identify new opportunities and trends. Develop plans to expand the customer base and increase market share in the B2C segment.
  • Interact with key clients and partners, build long-term relationships. Provide clients with quality solutions and services.
  • Organize an effective sales process. Monitor and analyze sales, adjust strategies according to results.
  • Develop budgets, plan and control financial indicators. Ensure the implementation of business plans and achieve financial goals.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales, budget performance, and strategic indicators.
