Are you ready to play a decisive and active role in shaping the development of sustainable e-commerce management at IronMaxx, to realise your potential and become our expert in this field?
True to the motto ‘E-commerce is not an industry; e-commerce is a tactic’, you will take our e-commerce to a new level, especially together with our SCM, purchasing and logistics team.

Your Tasks

Operational:

• Support and development of the Amazon presence
• Management and control of all marketplace processes
• Implementation of new products
• Monitoring of own products and competitor products on Amazon
• Planning, controlling and analysing the performance of products and campaigns as well as creating data-based reports and reports
• Operational implementation of sales measures to push our Amazon sales channel
• Scaling the product range across Europe
• Maintenance, control and optimisation of product data, particularly with regard to Amazon (SEO)
• Evaluation management

Strategic:

• Budget and sales responsibility
• Data preparation, processing and listing optimisation of the product portfolio
• Optimisation of product listings for our product range on Amazon in Germany and Europe
• Targeted promotion of internationalisation on European Amazon websites
• Analysing existing activities based on KPIs and deriving recommendations for action

Your Qualification

Education:Experience:Skills/knowledge:

• Completed commercial training, ideally with an e-commerce focus
• Relevant professional experience in the management of brands and items on Amazon
• At best, you are familiar with Amazon mechanisms
• High affinity for numbers
• Terms such as A+ content, bestseller flag, Buybox or FBA are not unfamiliar to you
• Experienced with MS Office and merchandise management systems
• Very good analytical skills and a high sense of responsibility
• Sales and results-orientated way of working
• Driving force and pursuer of own ideas
• Very good written and spoken communication skills in German and English
• Structured and independent way of working

Das erwartet Dich

Operativ:

• Betreuung und Entwicklung des Amazon-Auftritts
• Steuerung und Kontrolle aller Marktplatz-Prozesse
• Implementierung neuer Produkte
• Monitoring der eigenen Artikel und Konkurrenzartikel auf Amazon
• Planung, Steuerung und Analyse der Performance von Produkten und Kampagnen sowie Erstellung datenbasierter Berichte und Reports
• Operative Umsetzung der Sales-Maßnahmen, um unseren Amazon Vertriebskanal zu puschen
• Skalierung des Produktangebots europaweit
• Pflege, Kontrolle und Optimierung der Produktdaten, insbesondere mit Blick auf Amazon (SEO)
• Bewertungsmanagement

Strategisch:

• Budget- und Umsatzverantwortung
• Datenaufbereitung, Bearbeitung und Listing-Optimierung des Produktportfolios
• Optimierung von Produktlistungen unseres Sortiments auf Amazon in Deutschland und Europa
• Gezieltes Antreiben der Internationalisierung auf europäischen Amazon-Websites
• Analyse bestehender Aktivitäten anhand von KPIs sowie Herausleitung von Handlungsempfehlungen

Das bringst Du mit

Bildung:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit E-Commerce Schwerpunkt

Erfahrung:

• Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Management von Marken und Artikeln auf Amazon
• Bestenfalls bist Du mit Amazon-Mechanismen vertraut

Fähigkeiten/Kenntnisse:

• Hohe Zahlenaffinität
• Begriffe wie A+ Content, Bestseller-Flag, Buybox oder FBA sind Dir nicht unbekannt
• Versierter Umgang mit MS Office und Warenwirtschaftssystemen
• Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeit und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Absatz- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Impulsgeber und Verfolger eigener Ideen
• Sehr gute Ausdrucksweise in Wort und Schrift in Deutsch und Englisch
• Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
