Account Manager (m/w/d)

As an established staffing agency, we are seeking an Account Manager (m/f/d) for our renowned client in Nettetal.
Our client, a leading company in the logistics and supply chain sector, offers tailored solutions for national and international logistics processes. You will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships and building new business connections.
YOUR EXCITING TASKS:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
Identify business opportunities and manage customer portfolios
Analyze client requirements and develop tailored solutions
Monitor and manage contractual agreements and SLA performance

YOUR PROFILE

Fluent in English
German language skills are not required
Experience with 3PL providers
Professional experience as an Account Manager in the logistics sector
High level of customer orientation and service awareness
